How do I change the number range?

Can I leave out specific numbers?
Yes. Build the range, then delete any slice from the option list.
Is every number equally likely?
Yes, until you resize a slice. Wider slices have better odds.

Is this a random number generator?
It makes an equal-chance pick, but shows the result as a spin.
